The goal of the project is to provide students with the opportunity to express themselves through visual media while gaining invaluable experience in the field and the ability to graduate with an extensive portfolio. This project is currently pending, but not dependent on, the ProveIt! campaign. UMBCtv will have a mix of educational and entertainment programs streaming to the web, as well as to all dorm room TVs.
